Shipping

Please note that we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico only We are not processing international orders at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Almost all orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail.  

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole number.  If you want further clarification, or have additional questions regarding shipping you can feel free to email us at the.art.of.tone.1@gmail.com

Shipping Times

In most cases we offer same day shipping.  Monday through Friday orders received prior to 1:30 PT will ship that day.  Saturday orders received prior to 11:30 PT will ship that day.  Orders received after those times will ship the next available business day (this excludes Sundays and Holidays) 

We ship fast, unfortunately we cannot control the timing of delivery once an item is in the possession of the shipping company.  We use tracking for all packages we ship.   If there is an issue with your item once it has been shipped and is in transit, please contact us for assistance. However, we will not be held responsible for items once they have been verified as delivered by the shipping company.

Returns Policy

You may return most unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (provided the item has not been used.  If the item shipped in sealed packaging the item must be returned unopened). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error in filling your order (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the cost of return shipping is the buyers.  We will exchange defective parts like for like or issue a store credit.  Due to some past issues we do not offer cash refunds for defective items

There is a 10% restocking fee for returns of $25.00 or greater.

Provided there are no issues with your return, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 24 hours.

If you need to return an item, returns must be preauthorized so please contact us at the.art.of.tone.1@gmail.com before you return an item.  Please indicate the item, date of purchase and reason for return.  We will respond to your request.  Once you have been authorized to submit a return, return the item to us, and we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
